A magnificent antique Chippendale cockpen style open frame armchair with beautiful lattice like detailing to back and arms in a floral form. Intricately carved foliate motifs surround the seat and back, with more pierced detailing to the stretchers between each leg. Seat is upholstered in a hessian fabric. A profusely decorated piece in very good condition.
