Star Lot: Two original Edmond Leahy gouache on paper paintings. Feature expressionistic renditions of a cormorant and an exotic bird in a palette of purple blues and primary colours respectively. Reminiscent of the style of Marc Chagall. Both signed and mounted on black matting, one housed in glass frame. Leahy is a well established contemporary Irish artist. He participated in Limerick's Eva International Biennial in 1990 and 1994.
