Very important in the cultural life this was used to prepare tea and was a prized possession. This one baring the mark of its owner on the spout.
Kashmiri Samovar is a traditional, sophisticated, and elegant teapot for making and serving tea. Made of copper and engraved or embossed with calligraphic motifs. Its history dates back to the 18th century when Kashmir was ruled by the Dogra Maharajas. Travelers from Central Asia were the ones who first brought the Samovar to the area, demonstrating the centuries-long rich cultural exchange.
