Paddy Donaghy has been a professional artist since 1989 following studies at the College of Art, Jordanstown, Co. Antrim and the National College of Art and Design, Dublin. Donaghy is celebrated for his sensitive use of watercolour in landscape, coastal scenes and flora. He chooses in particular to focus on the ever changing weather that is so particular to the Irish climate and its effects on nature. Donaghy exhibits widely in commercial galleries throughout Ireland and has also been included in RHA and Oireachtas exhibitions. Works are held in many corporate and Private collections in Ireland and abroad.
