An extremely interesting collection of three Velum indentures. The first is a memorial written and entered in the Register's offices in the city of Dublin dated 19th February, 1773. Signed, sealed and delivered with signatures of Brian Kelly and Thomas Reilly. The indenture relates to yearly rents and agreements, with a copy map of lands of Grange in the parish of Whitechurch, Dublin. With seals to bottom of indenture. Document written on vellum. The second is a further document covering the rental of lands, with four sealed witnesses. This is a conveyance document, written by Meredith & Hadsam. The third is an indenture, relating to a marriage agreement of Phillip Tuite, together with grants and mortgages relevant to the marriage. This agreement goes to five pages, covering the initial period of March 1778 with sealed signatures of Phillip Tuite and Martha Agar. This is an extremely extensive document. Dimensions 66 x 70 cm. Written on vellum parchment. All pages are extremely legible. Documents come with signed witness oath statement. All of these indentures were bought separately At Adams on the green Approx 20 years ago.
