Please Read Very Carefully before bidding on the following lots.
The Following lots come from a recently closed Cedar House, Nursing Home, In Mount Anville Park in Dublin 14. South Dublin. If bidding on the following lots please be aware.
1. All lots must be paid by Tuesday after the auction at the very latest.
2. There is only two opportunities to collect from the Home, Wednesday the 17 and Thursday the 18 th 11-4pm If you can not collect on those dates please do not bid. it's a very tight schedule.
3. If you are buying a large item, please bring at least one other person with you to remove the items and ensure you have a vehicle large enough to get the items out on the time scale.
4 There is no Viewing of these items on the auction.
5. No items are guaranteed and all sales are final, The Home only closed just before Christmas and to our knowledge the items work but No guarantees and all sales are final.
