Four original acrylic on paper studies by the artist Joseph O'Connor likely to date from the 1960's - 1970's. Each consist of a mixture of figurative studies. Of interest is the two studies of footballers on the pitch, as well as a study of two figures which appears to be a preparatory work for Lot 613. Works such as these are a fascinating insight into the artistic process while also beautiful pieces in their own right.
