A spectacular hand carved African wooden sculpture in the form of a huntsman, his bow and arrows held over his shoulder with his catch clutched in his left hand. Style is more Westernised, with a more naturalistic approach to form and proportion. Great attention to detail of the figure's face and musculature. Wood looks like jacaranda.
