Brendan Hayes is a well known Irish artist best known for his landscapes and seascapes in a gestural style. Hayes is also member of the Association of Artists in Ireland whose work has been widely shown internationally. Working mainly in oils, but also in pastel and acrylics, his paintings are especially noted for their powerful sense of place.
