Star Lot: A 1764 rare Irish important indenture.
BOWLES (John, Baron of Conlyon, 1690-1767, Attorney General for Ireland, Lord Chancellor) Fine indenture document signed by both parties, in which Bowles grants John Clarke, a merchant of Dublin, a lease on a house in Mary's street, "formerly in the occupation of Cassandra Daniel", with stabling, coach house and garden, for a term of 61 years and a rent of £50 to be paid half yearly, "clear ... and above Hearth, Minister, Watch, Work House, Foundling and Lamp Money...", witnessed by Joseph Kennedy, public Notary, 1 side oblong folio on vellum with small applied seals and annotations on the verso, Dublin, 19th November 1764.
