Star lot : A fantastic large antique original oil on canvas painting by the artist George Woods featuring a portrait of an elegant Edwardian lady holding a bouquet of wildflowers and reeds in her arms whilst gazing longingly out of frame. Delicately rendered in complementary tones of moss green, ivory whites and deep reds. Signed bottom right and housed in an attractive antique wooden frame. This was the main Painting above the fireplace in Bil Keatings house. Great size and has an awesome presence.
