An original Rowland Langmaid (British, b.1897 - d.1957) etching titled "Tugs Below Westminster" featuring a well rendered landscape scene of the titular London location, as seen from the river. Hand signed and titled in pencil to base. Nicely presented in a gilt frame with complementary matting. Royal Exchange Art Gallery sticker with further artist information to verso.
