Star lot : A fabulous early 19th century Antique oak Monks bench with wooden storage box with a lift-top lid and twin barley twist side supports. The box has intricate carved detailing on the front and sides. Its a beauty. From a lovely house in Mount Merrion. One of my all time favourite pieces of metamorphic period furniture.
