Super Star Lot: An original George Campbell RHA (b. 1917 - d. 1979) pen and watercolour on paper painting titled 'Carraleena House, Rathmullan, Co. Donegal'. Features extremely confident drawing and painting techniques to depict a vernacular foot bridge set in a sepia toned landscape of the titular house. Signed bottom left and dating to 1962. Housed in a painted wood and linen frame behind glass.
Campbell has a very strong auction history with similar works sold at auction for mid to high hundreds.
Provenance - From a private Irish collection.
