Star Lot: Two incredible original "The Weekly Irish Times," newspapers Dublin editions from 1916, featuring articles on the Sinn Féin Rebellion in Ireland. Housed in a black portfolio. Some damage to the front page with the leaders but these are complete newspapers from the end of April start of May 1916. They are actually super interesting, Not just the rising its self but lots of ads from Irish Retailers, apologising that their shop was damaged or lost during the rebellion and vows to rebuild. A really amazing, iconic piece of Irish History. ( a slightly earlier pair of Irish Times Newspapers sold at Whyte's in 2014 for €1600 )
