An original antique oil on board painting featuring a young woman reading in the shade of a large tree. Some water damage to lower half. Verso features a sticker titling the painting "Shade" and attributing the work to a Janice Holliday from Blythwood, Harrow. However another inscription features the initials D.J.F. and the year 1911. Housed in a heavy wooden frame.
