A stunning original oil on canvas painting after works by the renowned Irish artist Letitia Marion Hamilton RHA (b.1878 - d.1964). Features a landscape scene of a rural village with dirt path and terracotta dwellings. Rendered in an impressionist style in a warm palette of burnt oranges, yellow greens and golden browns. Initialed LMH bottom right and unusually mounted on an oil on board painting. A restorer could work wonders on both works, displaying and restoring them to their former glory.
